On the North Korea crisis

Gary Markstein / Cagle Cartoons

I personally hope this latest Kim and Trump showdown ends in a major war, the human race needs a wake up call.

Kim Jong-un, the obese spoilt play boy leader of North Korea has recently indulged in attention-seeking again, this time provoking President Trump of the USA.  Many people think this will come to nothing, but the rules have changed, nothing is certain in this unstable world.

Jong-un has the mentality of a teenager needing attention, he seeks to keep his image in the limelight, showing his people, associates and world leaders he is a big boy by poking the USA and its leader.  Trump is the type of guy, who if you troll him, he punches you in the face.  Trump listens to nobody, and he is currently in a corner with a lot of people seeking to expel him from the White House via an investigation of his connections to Russia.  Like any leader on the backfoot, a war is useful to win votes and take attention away from any naughty deeds he has been up to.

So now we have two men who are in a public muscle showing contest, unfortunately for both, this is a situation neither can withdraw from, bad news for the world.  Jung-un will have to carry through with his threat to fire missiles, Trump will have to show strength by answering in strong terms.  Both leaders and nations have managed to get themselves into a situation that if either lose face, the political consequencies are dire.  Thus to say, this political facedown has all the signs of flying out of control.

I personally welcome this crisis, I think a great war will be useful to wake up the vast population of lazy, stupid and inert sheep that make up the human race.

Satanism and Fake News

question-everything

Regardless who is publishing information or where it is published, question everything.

A core rule of Satanism is question everything, including everything published in the media.  2017 is the year of two significant paradigm shifts:  firstly, the rulers are throwing a tantrum over fake news;  secondly, a Trump rally in Florida on 18th February marked the end of the supremacy of the traditional media.

Fake news is another word for propaganda.  There is nothing new about disseminating information into the public domain to manipulate public attitudes and behavior.  Plato considered it a virtue for the leader of a State to deceive the population for the benefit of the State, in a philosophy that considered the State more important than the individual.  Hitler made propaganda an art form.  The recent Scottish Independence Referendum was subject to an unholy alliance of traditional media, corporations and politicians indulging in a fake news campaign dubbed Project Fear to successfully retain the bondage of Scotland to the UK.  Project Fear backfired on the Establishment during the Brexit campaign in the UK, and failed again in the Trump election.

Fake news has always been around, the noise about fake news is only now evident because the propagation of propaganda has switched from traditional media to a chaotic largely anonymous group of activists on the internet, since the consumers stopped trusting anything the traditional media had to say; the rulers are currently upset because they have lost control of the information narrative through the controllable mediums of the traditional media.

Equally important, something that everyone has missed, was the silent paradigm shift that happened in a Florida political rally on 18th February when Trump signalled to everyone that the traditional media was no longer relevant.  Before Trump, nobody would have dared to have treated the traditional media with such disregard and contempt as Trump did, nor have been so arrogant to blatantly place into the public domain false claims as Trump did about immigration in Sweden.  In the days after the storm about Sweden and the fury of the traditional media, Trump emerged stronger than ever, and the traditional media suddenly became irrelevant in the eyes of every ruler and authority who saw what happened.

Trump is part of a new paradigm shift where a ruler will place more importance on the dissemination of information through his Twitter account than through a spin doctor or traditional media tycoon such as Rupert Murdoch.  Idiots such as Milo Yiannopoulos has become the new face of media, more trusted than a highly qualified and experienced typical BBC journalist.

Regardless of who is now king of information dissemination into the public arena, propaganda aka fake news is here to stay, and the primary rule remains that it is down to the individual to question everything rather than protecting ignorant snowflakes from false information.

2016 and beyond

game

2016 was the year the game pieces were set up on the game board.  In 2017 the game pieces begin to move and play.

It seems to me that 2016 was the year that the world decided to head off into a new direction leaving many bewildered and uncertain.  This was the year that everyone collectively stopped believing in and following the manipulations of experts, the establishment and the rulers.

People demand certainty and strong leadership.

It is a matter of opinion what issues or events sparked the global paradigm shifts.  Perhaps it was the relentless wars in the failed states of the Middle East such as Syria and Iraq; the movement of large numbers of refugees; the export of Islamic State terrorism to the rest of the globe.  Such events revealed in stark terms the impotence and weakness of the ruler and status quo.  People demanded certainty, they moved in the direction of strong leadership and parties with clear cut strong policies.  2016 was the year the pendulum moved in the direction of extremes in nationalism and religion. Putin and the Russian Orthodox Church are today at the zenith of their power and rising, a situation repeating in other nations, including the rise of Trump and the Christian evangelical movements in the USA.

Globalism is dying

The ruler manipulated too much, went too far with their fearmongering narratives, people stopped listening, stopped trusting in the face of wishwashy policies and lack of results.  People demanded certainty and hard measurable results.  In the UK those behind Brexit promised hard results, as did Trump in the USA, people listened and gave them the political mandate in the expectation of delivery of those promises.  In contrast the existing political orders were hubristic, confusing and fear-mongering offering neither hope or answers, thus they were swept aside.  Political correctness, globalism, free-movement and centralised institutions such as NATO, IMF, EU and the UN have all been rejected in favour of localised and insular looking attitudes and ideas.  No longer can Facebook expect to have easy access to every nation, or immigrants have ease of movement across borders, nor will global treaties and collective action be so easy.

A global population of unease and desperation

There is in all populations a sense of unease and desperation.  The recent death of UK musical artist George Michael from heart failure on Christmas Day resulted in collective national grief in the UK media and population, people are more sensitive to bad news.  The UK population like a drowning man desperately flail out at good-feel news stories such as the meeting of Prince George and Obama.

2017 is the year the game pieces start moving

If 2016 was the year that the game pieces were set up on the board ready to play, then 2017 is the year the game pieces begin to move.  2017 is when the global old order tears itself to pieces, when many will expect and demand instant hard action by the ruler.  2017 is the year when the straining fault lines that have been hidden and delayed begin to manifest in spectacular fashion, an out of control share market, housing market, and debt situation.  Everywhere gun powder kegs are smouldering, the shiverings of riots in UK prisons, the failed coup in Turkey, the Islamic State inspired atrocities across the globe.  2017 is the year when all will be judged by fire, what is sick and frail will fall, the strong and healthy will be king.

Church of Satan throws tantrum about journalists

dodo

Church of Satan is increasingly becoming the dodo of Satanism, an irrelevancy waiting to go extinct.

A stark difference between the Satanists of Church of Satan and Satanic Temple is that the Satanic Temple are experts in working with journalists.  Either Satanic Temple is creating or seizing opportunities to promote themselves and their causes, which is why they are generating news every week.  In contrast Church of Satan has lost touch with reality and the media, they prefer to hide behind an elitist detached image, referring journalists to their website rather than offering relevant comments to media enquiries.

On the election of Trump as US President the journalists of Rooster approached both Satanic Temple and Church of Satan for comment.  Satanic Temple gave Rooster plus other journalistic outlets plenty of quotes, which became the headline story of thousands of Satanists joining Satanic Temple in reaction to Trump.  Church of Satan either are stupid or ignorant about handling journalists: rubbed the journalists up the wrong way with their arrogance; failed to give comment to specific questions; made it hard for journalists to get information they requested; and worse, made no efforts to control the story, leaving the journalists to write their own narrative based upon a referral to the Church of Satan website.

There is no surprises that Rooster wrote an article that pasted Satanic Temple in positive ways, and gave a story about Church of Satan which was not to their liking.  One of the problems of Church of Satan is their secrecy and aloofness, which makes them unattractive to the media and potential recruits.  Satanic Temple is approachable and open to both media and recruits, and day by day become the face of Satanism to the world, whilst Church of Satan is slowly forgotten and pushed into insignificance.

On issues such as Satanic Ritual Abuse, Anton Lavey preferred in his later years to avoid challenging false narratives against Satanism, whilst those outside of Church of Satan picked up the fight.  Satanic Temple has since its inception been a keen fighter against SRA.

In their ranting article against Satanic Temple and journalists Church of Satan said:

“—the feeling evoked when watching someone make a fool out of themselves while just sitting back to watch the whole thing play out..”

And this is a central problem for Church of Satan, fools who prefer to watch others manifest their Satanism whilst Church of Satan slide into irrelevant obscurity.

The dawn of a new world order

mad-hatter-tea-party

Welcome to the Mad Hatters Tea Party.

I was stunned.  How could I have been so wrong?  How did I not see this? The world changed today, 9th November 2016 in the US Presidential election, 9-11.  I lost my £100 bet on Clinton winning.  I lost my 100% record of guessing correctly political outcomes, because the rules had changed.  Like most of the world, and probably Trump himself, everyone thought Clinton would win.

I watched as the results came in.  I saw the rules and world I was familiar with crumble, shiver and vanish.  I feel I fell down a rabbit hole into an Alice in Wonderland scenario. Now with many dice are rolling, the future is uncertain.  The election of Trump as US President marked the emergence of a new world order, the same force that caused Brexit in the UK when the people supported leaving the EU against the position of the status quo in their referendum.

The US voter also gave the Republicans control of the US Senate, the House of Representatives, and ultimately control over the appointment of supreme court judges in addition to the US Presidency.  In the past the voter cautiously split control of the different wings of US government between the parties to provide a check on power.  The Republican Party now have the mandate and the authority to change any process or law they wish to make without worrying about opposition.

The winds of change are blowing, nobody can predict what will now emerge.  The people are hungry for change, they hate globalism, the intellectual dishonesty, the manipulations, the sweeping away of their rights and liberties in the name of security and political correctness.  Trump is a raw angry voice, one who is immune to the subtle influences of special interest groups such as Israel or bankers.

Deep down I am delighted at the kicking that the system is getting from Trump, but at the same time it is frightening, because so easily a monster can emerge on a wave of political revolution.
